Danielle pursued her academic journey at Iowa State, earning a degree in Hotel Restaurant Management. Her involvement in addressing food storage crises in various countries by introducing tofu fortified with vitamin D showcased the transformative power of culinary solutions.

While still a student, Danielle embarked on her career journey at the Des Moines Golf and Country Club, starting humbly as an intern in banquets and serving cocktails from the gold cart.
